In the unfortunate case the product and/or the service doesn’t match your criteria, you can apply for a return & refund by following the steps down below:

2. Return of Item(s)
If we have delivered an incorrect or defective product to you, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item at our cost.
If, for any reason:
- You are unsatisfied with the product;
- It doesn’t suit your pet;
- You changed your mind;
- Or simply do not want it anymore;
You are responsible to deliver back the parcel to us in a similar condition as it was received by you at your own cost.
Please do note that this must be done within fourteen (14) days after the order arrives to your location. We will proceed with the refund after receiving your returned item(s).
Alternatively, you may choose to drop by our office and return the item to us.
3. Receive a Replacement or Refund
Replacement: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the replacement to be delivered to you.
Refund: Typically, a refund takes a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receiving your returned item. We will notify you by email or Whatsapp when the refund has been processed.
In the event that an item is returned to us in an unfavorable condition, PledgeCare reserves the right to not accept returns or refunds.
