Return & Refund Policy
Please read our “Return & Refund Policy” carefully. By accessing, browsing, shopping or using pledgecare.org you’re acknowledging what you’ve read, understand and agree to be bound by the “Return & Refund Policy”.
You can apply for a refund for the following reasons:
1. You have placed a wrong order. To receive a refund, please contact us immediately at +60 16-389 6700. You will not be eligible for a refund as soon as we have packed and shipped your order.
2. You received a wrong order. If you receive an order containing items you didn’t purchase, please submit a picture of all goods including your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from your purchase. We’ll cover the shipping cost for a possible exchange of products.
3.Damaged goods. In the unfortunate event of a damaged parcel, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase at email@example.com. You can request a refund only if;
- The inventory of your parcel is damaged, e.g. food is crushed.
- The pouch is damaged, e.g. it is not properly sealed.
In order to receive a refund, you have to submit a picture of the damaged goods for the team to review. If a refund is accepted, we’ll process it immediately. It typically takes 1-2 working days.
If for any reason, our pet food is not a match for your pet. You can reach out to us at +60 16-389 6700 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please describe the problem you’re facing along with your order number and photos you may have. Your request will be reviewed accordingly.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unfavorable condition, PledgeCare reserves the right to not accept returns or refunds.
