Shipping Policy

We encourage you to read our shipping policy before ordering. By ordering any products at, you’re acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to be bound by this shipping policy.

  • Free & Standard Shipping
    Orders placed with this shipping method will be shipped out via courier (DHL/ Ninjavan) on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

    RM10 per kg will be charged for orders that are to be shipped to East Malaysia.

    Conditions for Free Shipping are as below:
    – Order value must be RM100 and above
    – Only for customers based in Peninsular Malaysia
    – Free shipping is granted via courier only, not Lalamove. Please check out Lalamove if you need it urgently however your free shipping will be nullified.
    – Cannot contain Fresh food. If you wish to get free delivery for fresh food, please make a subscription order for it.

  • Self-Collect
    May only be available upon request, please contact us on WhatsApp for it.

  • Lalamove (Only for Klang Valley)
    Orders placed with this shipping method will be fulfilled latest by the next working day. Please note that we cannot guarantee same-day delivery however we will be in touch with you on the delivery time and date.

If you are not able to see this shipping option on the checkout page, it could mean that we are not in the office, or not available, or it could be a glitch. Please reach out to check.

  • For West Malaysia,  a standard shipping of RM6 is charged for orders below RM100. 
  • For East Malaysia, RM10 is charged for each kilogram of the order’s weight. Orders that are below 1 kg are charged a RM10 shipping fee as well.
  • For Lalamove, the price will be as reflected in the platform itself that is distance based.

West Malaysia: Under normal conditions, you can expect shipment to arrive in 2-5 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.

East Malaysia: Under normal conditions, you can expect shipment to arrive in 5-8 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.

Your order will be shipped out on the next day after your payment has been made. Orders placed during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday – Friday).

Please note that the above shipping time is the standard lead time. On some occasions the shipment may be delayed.

On the checkout page, you can leave a note for us regarding your delivery/order. PledgeCare would like to highlight that only certain requests can be fulfilled except for the following:

As we are using a 3rd party courier service, it is not possible for us to provide them with instructions such as: delivering before office closing hours, calling customers before the delivery, informing customers after leaving the parcel at a designated place.

Nevertheless, we will try our best to meet the demands of all our customers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

All items purchased from PledgeCare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
