Shipping Policy

We encourage you to read our shipping policy before ordering. By ordering any products at, you’re acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to be bound by this shipping policy.

For all orders, standard deliveries are made via DHL. Once an order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.

For West Malaysia,  RM6 is charged for orders below RM100. Free shipping will be granted for orders equal to RM100 and above.

For East Malaysia, RM10 is charged for each kilogram of the order’s weight. Orders that are below 1 kg are charged a RM10 shipping fee as well.

West Malaysia: Your shipment will arrive within 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.

East Malaysia: Your shipment will arrive within 5-8 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.

Your order will be shipped out on the next day after your payment has been made. Orders placed during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday – Friday).

Please note that the above shipping time is the standard lead time. On some occasions the shipment may be delayed.

(1) Cut off time for same-day delivery service is between 5.20pm and 5.45pm.

(2) Our operations team will do their utmost best to process all same-day delivery orders immediately if not within 2-3 hours’ time after being placed. Regardless, please be rest assured that you’ll receive your parcel before 8pm.

(3) Please expect to receive an SMS from Mr.Speedy (our same-day delivery provider) after we’ve arranged a delivery for your order. 

(4) If you require a specific shipping time, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our WhatsApp (0163896700). Otherwise, it will be managed as in (2)

(5) If for any reason that you’re unable to receive the parcel at the last minute. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Please contact us for more details if you require more information.

On the checkout page, you can leave a note for us regarding your delivery/order. PledgeCare would like to highlight that only certain requests can be fulfilled except for the following:

As we are using a 3rd party courier service, it is not possible for us to provide them with instructions such as: delivering before office closing hours, calling customers before the delivery, informing customers after leaving the parcel at a designated place.

Nevertheless, we will try our best to meet the demands of all our customers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

For customers residing in Klang Valley. It will take around 1-3 working days.

For customers outside Klang Valley. It will take around 2-5 days.

For customers in East Malaysia. It will take around 5-8 days.

Delivery times are influenced by the delivery queue, shipping destination, public holidays and the courier delivery schedule.

However, we will do our best to process and ship your orders on every weekday. If you’d like to receive your parcel earlier, we’d recommend you to order before 9.30 a.m on weekdays. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon processing shipment of your order.

All items purchased from PledgeCare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
