Shipping Policy

We encourage you to read our shipping policy before ordering. By ordering any products at pledgecare.org, you’re acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to be bound by this shipping policy.

How is my parcel delivered?

For all orders, standard deliveries will be made via courier services such as PosLaju and Pgeon. Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.

For urgent matters that you require for same-day delivery. Please refer to our same-day delivery guidelines below.

What is the delivery charge?

Orders above RM50.00 in West Malaysia are not charged any delivery fee. Orders below RM50 are charged a RM6.00 shipping fee. 

All orders from East Malaysia are charged a RM10 shipping fee per kilogram of the order’s weight. Orders that have a weight below 1 kg are charged a RM10 shipping fee as well.

Can I request for same day delivery?

Same day delivery service is only available for Klang Valley and falls under the same set of rules as for shipping in West Malaysia if your location is within 10km radius from our Head Quarter (HQ) in Damansara Perdana.

If your location is not within a 10km radius from our office, you’ll have to pay an additional fee depending on your area.

When will I receive my order?

West Malaysia: Your shipment will arrive within 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection

East Malaysia: Your shipment will arrive within 5-8 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection

Your order will be shipped out on the next day after your payment has been made. Orders placed during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday – Friday).

On some occasions the shipment may be delayed due to Public Holidays or other events. 

Order Notes

On the checkout page, there is a section where you can leave a note for us regarding your delivery/order. We would like to highlight that only certain requests can be fulfilled except for the following:

  1. As we are using a 3rd party courier service, it is not possible for us to provide them with instructions such as: delivering before office closing hours, calling customers before the delivery, informing customers after leaving the parcel at a designated place.

Nevertheless, we will continue to do our best to meet the demands of all our customers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

How can I know the date & time for the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of your delivery. Delivery times are influenced by the delivery queue, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location. You will receive a notification when your order is being shipped along with a tracking number.

 

Missed delivery, re-delivery, and cancellation of undelivered orders

All items purchased from PledgeCare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you miss a delivery as a result of a wrong address given to us by you or because nobody was home to receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee of the same amount will be incurred.
