Shipping Policy
We encourage you to read our shipping policy before ordering. By ordering any products at pledgecare.org, you’re acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to be bound by this shipping policy.
- Free & Standard Shipping – Parcels with this shipping method will be shipped out via courier (DHL, Ninjavan) in 1-2 workings when an order is placed. Free Shipping is applicable for orders that are RM100 and above except for ones that contains fresh food.
- Self-Collect – Partially available from Monday-Friday during working hours (9.30 am – 5pm) except weekends and public holiday. You may collect it yourself or arrange for your own transport/Grab/Lalamove to collect it from us.
If you are not able to see this shipping option in the checkout page, it could mean that we are not in the office, or not available, or it could be a glitch. Please reach out to check.
- Lalamove – Partially available from Monday-Friday during working hours except weekends and public holiday. Please contact us if you find that it is not available and we’ll get back to you asap to coordinate it accordingly.

- For West Malaysia, a standard shipping of RM6 is charged for orders below RM100.
- For East Malaysia, RM10 is charged for each kilogram of the order’s weight. Orders that are below 1 kg are charged a RM10 shipping fee as well.
- For Lalamove, the price will be as reflected in the platform itself that is distance based.
West Malaysia: Under normal conditions, you can expect shipment to arrive in 2-5 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.
East Malaysia: Under normal conditions, you can expect shipment to arrive in 5-8 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.
Your order will be shipped out on the next day after your payment has been made. Orders placed during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday – Friday).
Please note that the above shipping time is the standard lead time. On some occasions the shipment may be delayed.

(1) We will provide this service anytime between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm except weekends and public holidays. However, this service may not be available at certain times due to shortage of manpower etc. If you require your goods to be delivered urgently, please let us know in advance.
(2) Any same-day delivery order made after 5.00 pm will be fulfilled the following day.
(3) We are mostly using Lalamove to fulfil same-day delivery orders. You can expect our staff to reach out to you first to get the appropriate delivery time before arranging for it.
(4) If you require a specific shipping time, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our WhatsApp (0163896700).
(5) If for any reason that you’re unable to receive the parcel at the last minute. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Please contact us for more details if you require more information.
(1) Self collection is available between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm on weekdays except weekends and public holidays.
(2) Upon checkout, you may select the date and time of the self-collection however please keep condition (1) in mind.
(3) Additionally, customers may check out with this shipping method and arrange for their own delivery to collect the items from us. However, do inform us on the time and date so we can prepare the goods beforehand for ease of operations.
On the checkout page, you can leave a note for us regarding your delivery/order. PledgeCare would like to highlight that only certain requests can be fulfilled except for the following:
As we are using a 3rd party courier service, it is not possible for us to provide them with instructions such as: delivering before office closing hours, calling customers before the delivery, informing customers after leaving the parcel at a designated place.
Nevertheless, we will try our best to meet the demands of all our customers. We thank you for your kind understanding.
All items purchased from PledgeCare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
