Shipping
We encourage you to read our shipping policy before ordering. By ordering any products at pledgecare.org, you’re acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to be bound by the Shipping Policy.
Price & Payment
We do our best to insure every single detail, description, price and other pieces of information you’ll find on pledgecare.org are accurate. However, there may be instances where errors occur. If we discover any errors on our website or on your order, we’ll always reach out to you and reconfirm your order. If we don’t manage to get in contact with you, we treat the order as cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order from pledgecare.org at any time. We’ll always do our very best to avoid this situation but in rare cases we may need to refuse processing your order after you’ve received your order confirmation. In case we cancel an order and you’ve already payed, we’ll refund the full amount of your purchase.
We reserve the rights to correct these errors without liability.
We don’t guarantee that all products on pledgecare.org will be available at the time you place an order.
By placing an order on pledgecare.org with bank transfer/credit card you confirm that the card belongs to you.

Use Of Coupon Codes
It is strictly PledgeCare’s policy to only allow 1 coupon code to be used per transaction. You are not able to stack the coupon codes for use in a single order.
We allow first-time customers to use the coupon code “newdiet”. Please note it’s strictly for first-time customers. The coupon code grants first-time customers 25% off with a min. spend on RM20 and a maximum value redemption of RM25.
PledgeCare Prime
We reserve the right to cancel your PledgeCare Prime (henceforth called subscription or PledgeCare Prime) at any time. We’ll do our best to avoid this situation but in rare cases, we may need to revoke your subscription, for example, but not limited to, inappropriate use of the subscription.
Inappropriate use of subscription can be but is not limited to sharing your subscription or account with friends. Only 1 PledgeCare Prime membership is permitted per household. If we detect or suspect that a customer is using his/her account or subscription inappropriately, we reserve the right to close his/her account without further notice and prohibit the customer permanently from subscribing again. If we detect a banned customer is subscribing, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the subscription without refunding the amount paid regardless of the type of subscription product (not limited to PledgeCare Prime).
A PledgeCare Prime customer is eligible to receive a free mystery gift (henceforth referred to as a free gift) in every subsequent order after becoming a PledgeCare Prime member. However, a PledgeCare Prime customer can not redeem the free gift unless his/her order is above RM50. If the total paid value on the final receipt is below RM50, a Prime Customer is not entitled to a free gift.
Referral Program
PledgeCare offers customers a referral program.
All customers who participate in our referral program are categorized as an advocate. All advocates are entitled to a unique, single-usage RM50 discount code (named “code50”) for each of their friends who purchase one or more product(s) from the PledgeCare store through the advocates unique link. Code50 is available for orders on RM60 or above.
All advocates are provided with their own unique link. The friends of the advocate must buy through this unique link, otherwise code10 isn’t valid.
The friends of the advocate receive the “newdiet” coupon code (25% off with a MAX redemption value of RM25)
We reserve the right to determine whether the advocate should be provided with code50 in any circumstances.
Prohibitions
We don’t allow you to copy, modify or distribute any of pledgecare.org’s content.
Reselling products bought from pledgecare.org or any of our partners requires a permission from the PledgeCare team.
Spamming our website with untrue, faulty or misleading content is not allowed. We reserve the right to take it down immediately without any warnings.
