Shipping Policy

Free & Standard Shipping
– Orders placed with this shipping method will be shipped out via courier (DHL/ Ninjavan) on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
– A flat rate of RM6 will be charged for orders below RM100 for customers based in Peninsular Malaysia.
– A rate of RM10 per kg will be charged for East Malaysia orders.

Conditions for Free Shipping are as below:
– Final Order value must be RM100 and above. (even after applying coupon code)
– Only for customers based in Peninsular Malaysia
– Cannot contain Fresh food. If you wish to get free delivery for fresh food, please make a subscription order for it.

• Self-Collect
  – The self-collect time is subjected to our store’s availability. Please consult us first for the pick up time or we’ll be in touch with you via WhatsApp for it.
  – We will not be held responsible for scenarios where customers show up without informing beforehand.
  – You may also arrange for your own transport such as Grab to pick up your order from us.
• Next-Day Delivery (Only for Klang Valley)
  – Shipped with Lalamove at customers own cost.
  – Free shipping is not applicable even if order value exceeds RM100.
  – We will get in touch with customers to inform of the delivery fee and it can be paid via bank transfer or QR.
  – Orders placed with this shipping method will be fulfilled on the next working day (Mon – Fri only, not applicable on PH& Weekends) with Lalamove.
  – Orders checked out with this shipping method will only be fulfilled once the delivery fee has been paid for.

• For West Malaysia,  a standard shipping of RM6 is charged for orders below RM100. 
• For East Malaysia, RM10 is charged for each kilogram of the order’s weight. Orders that are below 1 kg are charged a RM10 shipping fee as well.
• For Next Day Delivey, the price will be based on your distance from our store and this is calculated in Lalamove’s platform.

West Malaysia: Under normal conditions, you can expect shipment to arrive in 2-5 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.

East Malaysia: Under normal conditions, you can expect shipment to arrive in 5-8 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection.

Your order will be shipped out on the next day after your payment has been made. Orders placed during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday – Friday).

Please note that the above shipping time is the standard lead time. On some occasions the shipment may be delayed.

On the checkout page, you can leave a note for us regarding your delivery/order. PledgeCare would like to highlight that only certain requests can be fulfilled except for the following:

As we are using a 3rd party courier service, it is not possible for us to provide them with instructions such as: delivering before office closing hours, calling customers before the delivery, informing customers after leaving the parcel at a designated place.

Nevertheless, we will try our best to meet the demands of all our customers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

All items purchased from PledgeCare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
